Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Nicola Ross Naas, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items and your completed return form back into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

  Ship to Nicola Ross

  Affix your return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest post office or designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
